Annika Steiber

Annika Steiber, licentiate tech. in technology management and MSc. in industrial engineering, is a PhD student in the Department of Technology Management and Economics at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. She has an extensive industrial background and has worked for 15 years in high-tech industries as the head of business development, product development, marketing, and sales. Her research is focused on innovation and change processes in firms as well as in innovation systems. In 2010, Steiber was highly commended by Emerald LiteratiNetwork for her paper entitled “The board’s role in sustaining major organizational change: An empirical analysis of three change programs.”
