Alicia Castillo Holley

Founder of the Wealthing(R) group and a doctoral student at the University of Western Australia. She has lectured on entrepreneurship, innovation, and venture capital in Latin America, the USA, and Australia, and a guest speaker in over fifteen universities around the world. A serial entrepreneur, she has started 9 companies and one non-profit, including Chile’s first seed capital fund and the country’s first Center for Entrepreneurship. Castillo Holley has an Engineering degree and a Master in Biotechnology from Universidad Central de Venezuela; and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. Her research interests include academic entrepreneurship, gazelle businesses, and venture capital.
