Professor of Entrepreneurship at Federal University Rural of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) in Brazil. His research interest involves technology transfer, academic entrepreneurship and innovation policy. He is working in a research project that analyses technology transfer and spin-offs formation in the universities located in the Rio de Janeiro state.
