The Presenter/Delegate/Student registration fee includes:
Conference participation from 11-14 July 2011
- Conference Program
- Proceedings (USB stick)
- Breakfasts, lunches, tea/coffee breaks
- Welcome Reception on Monday 11 July 2011
- Gala Dinner on Wednesday 13 July 2011
The Accompanying Person registration fee covers:
- Breakfasts, lunches, tea/coffee breaks
- Welcome Reception on Monday 11 July 2011
- Gala Dinner on Wednesday 13 July 2011

Fees are VAT exempt.
* To take advantage of the discounted group rate, please contact Ms. Melanie Walton via email at: conferenceinquiries@stanford.edu, specifying the name of your institution and the names of all attendees. Accompanying guests are not considered as part of the group. Once approved as a valid group, you will receive instructions for registration payment. The group rate of $999.00 is the actual registration fee per person; there is no additional discount for early bird registration.
All presenting authors are required to register and pay the registration fee for their paper to be included in the Conference Program and the Conference Proceedings.
Registration will remain open until July 8th 2011 for payments via credit card only. Payments by wire will be accepted until July 1st 2011.
