Carlos Rodrigues

Carlos Rodrigues, PhD in Social Sciences, is a teacher and researcher at the Department of Social, Political and Territorial Sciences of the University of Aveiro (Portugal). His main area of expertise is related to territorial systems of innovation and territorial development policy and planning. His current research is focused on three main (intertwined) subjects: the role universities play in territorial development processes , local development policy processes and practices, and the discursive turn in territorial development policy.
