Dr. Mika Kautonen, Unit for Science, Technology and Innovation Studies University of Tampere, Finland.

Biography: Mika Kautonen, Ph.D. (Regional Studies), is a Senior Researcher at the Unit for Science, Technology and Innovation Studies, the University of Tampere, Finland, and the Head of the Innovation Studies Group. He has conducted and been in charge of numerous research projects focusing on globalizing innovation systems and environments, firms’ innovation processes and networks, knowledge-intensive services, and innovation policies. At present, he coordinates and conducts research in the program focusing on the trans-nationalizing of innovation systems.
